lengths to insure that all product(s) ordered are fresh,
properly packaged, and shipped as quickly as possible.

* For health reasons,
all returned product(s) must be unopened and returned in
their original packaging.

Candy Source cannot guarantee products shipped from
May through September or anytime temperatures exceed 75°
Fahrenheit.

Cancellations |

* Cancellations
must be made within three (3) days of receipt of product(s).

* All product(s)
returned for a refund must be undamaged.
|
|
* All shipping
costs are the responsibility of the buyer and will not be
refunded. All returned product(s) must be shipped
prepaid.

* There will be
a 20% restocking fee for all returned product(s).
|
|
* The appropriate
refund will be provided to the buyer within three (3) business
days after receipt of product(s).

Product Damaged in Shipment |

Product(s) damaged in
shipment will be replaced at no cost to the buyer.
Buyer may be required to assist us in filing a claim with
UPS.

Incorrectly Shipped Product |

* Incorrectly shipped
product(s) will be replaced at no cost to the buyer as quickly
as possible, once the incorrect product has been received
by The Timeless Candy Source.

The buyer is responsible
for providing a valid shipping address. In the event
that a product(s) is returned due to an invalid address,
the buyer will be charged either:

(1) an additional shipping
charge to ship the product(s) to the correct address
or |
| |
(2) a twenty percent
(20%) restocking fee.
